A private customer in Warsash commissioned us to install the electrical supply and equipment for a new sauna.
The work involved lifting the driveway and installing underground ducting for a new 10 mm² steel-wire-armoured supply cable. We also installed a dedicated consumer unit and a TT earth electrode for the sauna’s earthing arrangement.
The sauna installation followed the relevant special-location requirements of BS 7671 and the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
We also fitted bollard lighting along the external path and dressing area, together with LED lighting inside the sauna. The supply, sauna electrics and lighting were all completed as part of the project.
